Customer Success Manager

As we continue to develop our customer experience organization, we are strengthening our Customer Success capabilities to help customers realize even greater value from Admicom's solutions.
We are now looking for a Customer Success Manager. In this role, you'll build trusted customer relationships, drive adoption and long-term customer value, and help customers achieve meaningful business outcomes with Admicom's solutions.
Your role and impact
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll work closely with customers to understand their business goals, challenges, and ways of working. You'll help them improve processes, increase adoption of Admicom's solutions, and achieve measurable business outcomes.
Through proactive engagement, you'll identify opportunities for customers to get more value from their investment and support them in adopting new ways of working that drive long-term success. In practice, your work combines customer relationship management, business consulting, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration.
A typical week might include meeting customers to discuss their goals, challenges, and opportunities for improvement, reviewing customer health and usage data to identify risks and opportunities, and helping customers adopt new ways of working that create measurable business value. Your success will be measured by the impact you create for customers through stronger adoption, higher retention, improved customer satisfaction, and long-term customer value.
You'll work closely with Account Managers, Product, Customer Experience, and Support teams to ensure customers succeed with Admicom's solutions. You'll also bring customer insights back into the organization, helping shape both the customer experience and the future of our products.

What you'll bring to the team
You have strong experience working in Customer Success and enjoy partnering closely with customers to help them solve real business challenges. You're curious about how businesses operate, proactive in building relationships, and motivated by creating meaningful outcomes and long-term customer success.

Experience working in Customer Success, helping customers drive adoption, realize value, and achieve long-term success
A consultative mindset and strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to guide customers in solving business challenges
The ability to understand customer business needs and turn them into actionable recommendations
A proactive mindset and confidence in engaging with customers
Experience using data and insights to support customer development and decision-making
Understanding of SaaS business concepts such as adoption, retention, churn, ARR, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
Experience or interest in developing Customer Success practices, customer lifecycle management, and scalable ways of working
We're especially excited if you have experience with:
Construction, building services, or other project-based industries
ERP, workflow, or other business-critical software solutions
As most of our customers are based in Finland, this role requires strong communication skills in Finnish, both spoken and written. As an international company, we also work across countries and teams, so English communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
